A tool for the assessment of LC/MS similarity. SuperQual assess and quantifies LC/MS reproducibility by a novel LC/MS similarity scoring system. It supports XML input/output formats and its object oriented structure allows to readily incorporate the source code into other analysis packages. The program enables the analysis of large dataset without exhaustive computation time, where LC/MS runs are grouped according to LC/MS similarity and detection of outlier runs is facilitated by visual representation of the entire data similarity.
